Gasnam-Neutral Transport announcement:
We continue to join forces with the addition of IAM carbonzero as a new partner of Gasnam-Neutral-Transport. The company, which has an ambitious investment target of €200 million over the next five years, aims to drive the development of biomethane plant projects and other renewable gases across the Iberian Peninsula.
IAM carbonzero, led by a multidisciplinary team with more than 20 years of experience in IBEX35 companies, is firmly committed to this renewable gas and the benefits it brings to society, such as helping to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improving waste management, reducing energy dependence, and increasing security of supply. In addition, by promoting biomethane projects, IAM carbonzero aims to play an active role in social and territorial integration by increasing investment in rural areas to help retain population, attracting talent through job creation, while also boosting the circular economy by transforming organic waste into biomethane and biofertilisers.
